how is my answer marked?
The question is marked using banded marking. This is a process where you must access 3/4 of the mark scheme in order to be awarded top marks in band 4 ie 10,11 or12 out of 12.
There is usually a 20 point mark scheme meaning that you must aim to write 10 points for each section of the question.
