Questions here are usually straight forward and ask you to explain the reasons why a performer may take these (so the advantages) and then possibly what are some of the drawbacks of taking these supplements (so disadvantages). Herbal Remedies is a hard to explain as it is so varied so try to learn at least two examples of these.
