Questions here are often very easy but students get them wrong as they simply do not know which components are skill or health. This may be different from what you have learnt at GCSE, so pay attention!
Skill- CRAB
Questions will often ask you to give an example of a component of fitness from a 'team game' - sounds silly but you must give an example for a team game i.e. football , rugby to get the mark.
Questions often ask you to give a definition of a component of fitness- you must give the CORRECT definition as you have been taught in class. Students often make up their own definitions which will not be credited.
