Principles of training
This section requires you to know the principles of training and how you would apply them.
Common questions will ask you to explain the FITT principle and Specificity.
Don't forget to give an example of how you would apply the principles when explaining it.
For example; Frequency is how often that you train. I would increase the amount of times that I train over the training period.
Remember that you need to be detailed in your answer for AS level so when discussing specificity you need to include things such as specific to energy systems used, muscles worked and not just specific to sport.
